As our Client & Partnership Coordinator, Natalia plays a key role in creating a seamless experience for both the families we serve and the professionals we partner with. She coordinates communication, manages logistics, and helps ensure every interaction reflects the high level of service and care our firm is known for.

Serving as a trusted point of contact, Natalia helps clients feel informed and supported throughout their journey while fostering strong relationships with our professional and community partners. Her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail help keep everything running smoothly, allowing our team to deliver an exceptional experience from the first conversation to the final outcome.

Originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Natalia brings a global perspective and a genuine passion for connecting with people. She holds degrees in Psychology and Integrated Public Relations and Advertising from the University of South Florida and values continuous learning and adaptability in her career. Her optimism, strong communication skills, and excitement for new challenges shape the way she supports both clients and colleagues every day.

Outside of the office, you’ll most likely find Natalia at the gym, cooking, or spending time with her two goldendoodles, Bella and Millie. She also enjoys photography and traveling—especially to Puerto Rico—and brings the same energy and enthusiasm from her personal interests into her professional life.
